How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. That removes your photos, voice clips and videos, your job history and your Caelia account itself. It cannot be undone, and credits are not refundable once the account is gone.
How are credits charged?
A video costs one credit for every two seconds, rounded up, and saving an edited photo costs one credit. New accounts start with five free credits. If a render fails, its credits go back automatically.
Why does my video have a watermark?
Videos and saved photo edits carry the Caelia mark until your first credit purchase. After that it is gone for good, including on everything you make later.
Do you use my photos to train AI?
No. Your photos, audio, text and videos are never used to train or improve any AI model, ours or anyone else’s. Facial measurements used to animate a face are deleted as soon as the video is made, and never later than 24 hours.
